Adjudicate an Order

Accurate’s API allows you adjudicate orders without having to log into the Client Portal. Additionally, as position location information is an important aspect of adjudication, you can also update position location information through this API.

Order ID to adjudicate. Orders that did not originate from API v3 will not have an order ID. Instead use the package ID. This starts with a "Y" and is followed by 7 digits.

The adjudication result you want to set for the order.

Email address of adjudicator.

Attests that an the client has performed an individualized assessment on the candidate before PA/AA letters are sent out. This field is required when the adjudication result is 'FAIL' (or equivalent) and the position location is in California.

Accompanying notes for the adjudication decision. This is not passed to the candidate/employee and will not show on the consumer report.

Accepts "criminal" or "not criminal" only. Required when Accurate is providing Adverse Action notices on your company’s behalf, the adjudication result is fail, and the position location country is US.
